Picturehouse 441 and ACE are proud to be partnering on a series of live virtual Q&As as part of our mutual efforts to promote media literacy.
Join us for a Q&A with cinematographer Greig Fraser, ACS, ASC as he discusses his work on the epic space opera Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. A total departure from the films that preceded it, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story puts the "wars" in Star Wars. Telling the story of a group of rebels trying to steal the Death Star plans, Rogue One is an intense war film full of dazzling set pieces, a hero to root for (courtesy of Felicity Jones' powerful performance in the lead), and a gritty visual aesthetic, courtesy of the innovative cinematographer Greig Fraser. Harkening back to darker installments like The Empire Strikes Back, Rogue One captures the sense of wonder that made so many generations fall in love with this franchise in the first place.
