ACE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Requirements for ACE Board of Directors Position:

• Must be an Active Member in good standing with a minimum of 5 years of membership to qualify to run for a Director position.
• There will be at least one non-incumbent seat available at the time of the election. If not, one of the members of the Board will volunteer to enter a hiatus status for one (1) year before they are able to run again.

Requirements for ACE Officer Position:

• Each board officer position with the exception of President shall be filled either by a Director who has previously served as a duly elected, full-voting Director for a minimum of one term (two years) or by an Associate Board member who has previously served for a minimum of 3 terms (one year each term, total 3 years).
• The office of President shall be elected by the membership and must be filled by someone who has been previously elected as a Director or served as an Officer for a minimum of one term.
