77th EDDIE AWARDS SUBMISSION SCHEDULE
Eligibility Period for all Submissions – January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
October 1, 2026 – Earlybird Submissions begin. Fee is $250 per title/episode
November 23, 2026 – Regular Submissions begin. Fee is $350 per title/episode
Monday, December 7, 2026 (5pm PT) – Submission for Nominations End
EDDIE AWARDS SUBMISSION PROCESS
All entries must be submitted via this system. More than one entry per category is allowed. Only credited upfront editors will be considered for nomination; back-end, and assistant editors are NOT eligible. You may review, change or add submission(s) before the deadline.
Digital Content is Now Eligible: Now in its second year, ACE has broadened eligibility across existing categories to include work released exclusively on YouTube. Reality, variety series, documentaries, etc. can now compete alongside traditional entries, judged by the same standards ACE applies to every submission.
New Category for Shorts: Also in its second year is the Best Edited Short category, which includes, narrative, documentary, animation, with a running time of 40 minutes and under
Submission guidelines:
- YouTube original submissions must have been posted for the first time during the calendar year qualifying period
- Editor must receive onscreen credit
- Must be on a verified/established channel
For All Categories: Please don’t submit the same title in more than one category. The ACE Blue Ribbon Committee that presides over television entries reserves the right to change a submission category as it sees fit. If a show title has more than 2 nominations in a single category it may be subject to review by the Blue Ribbon Committee.
Member Submission Process
- Check your email for ACE Discount Code to apply at the time of check out. If you didn’t recieve the code please email the ACE Office.
- Gather info: title, episode title & number, air date, production or distribution company, names of editor(s), thumbnail image of project (height under 400px, less than 10mb).
- Enter all information about your submission.
- Submit (you may review or change prior to deadline).
- If you want your show to be uploaded on the ACE Viewing App you you will be instructed at the end of the submission how to do that. Extra fees will apply (Short films not included and will be judged separately).
- If submitting a short please have a viewing link ready to include.

Non-Member Submission Process
- Count up TOTAL number of entries ($250 each until November 23rd then price will go up to $350 each).
- Gather info: title, episode title & number, air date, production or distribution company, editor(s) names, thumbnail image of project (height under 400px, less than 10mb)
- Make payment in Eddie Submission system.
- You may share digital screeners with voting members through ACE screener submission platform as instructed in the Digital Screener Submission section below, extra fees apply. (Short films not included and will be judged separately).
- If submitting a short please have a viewing link ready to include.
- Submit before the deadline of Monday, December 7, 2026, 5pm (PT)

ACE FYC Screeners:
ACE has partnered with Indee Technologies to create an exclusive screening platform/app for the ACE Eddie Awards submissions. Members will now be able to visit one portal – ACE EDDIES SCREENING ROOM – in order to view their screeners during awards season. Physical screeners will no longer be permitted.
PLEASE NOTE: Short films will be judged separately and should not be uploaded to the ACE FYC site. Instead, please have a viewing link ready to include when submitting your short.
UPLOADING TO THE ACE EDDIES SCREENING ROOM IS not mandatory and extra fees apply

- When on the Indee site, click on “Get Started” button to begin your upload.
- Once the nominees are decided, all nominated content must have been or be submitted for digital screening through this ACE screener submission platform.
