ACE Internship Application Submissions – OPEN

Featured

Each year, the American Cinema Editors Internship Committee selects two interns from each city (Los Angeles, New York, London) and provides them with the opportunity to shadow for one week each the editing rooms of a feature, a television show, and an unscripted show. Interns also visit several facilities integral to post-production (e.g. sound stages, VFX vendors, labs, etc.). Interns are being mentored by ACE editors and previous alumni. The ACE Internship Program is geared toward anyone with a passion for editing, who is just starting their career in post-production.

Only Murders in the Building Q&A with Shelly Westerman, ACE, and Payton Koch (Zoom Event)

Zoom/Online see event description for link details, CA

Picturehouse 441 and ACE are proud to be partnering on a series of live virtual Q&As as part of our mutual efforts to promote media literacy.
Join us for a Q&A with editors Shelly Westerman, ACE, and Payton Koch as they discuss their work on the mystery comedy/drama television series Only Murders in the Building. In season four of Only Murders in the Building, Charles, Oliver & Mabel wrestle with the shocking events at the end of season three surrounding Charles’ stunt double & friend Sazz Pataki. Questioning whether Sazz or Charles was the intended victim, our trio’s investigation leads them all the way to Los Angeles where a Hollywood studio is readying a film about the Only Murders podcast. As our amateur sleuths race back to New York, they embark on an even more epic journey — traversing their building’s courtyard to delve into the twisted lives of the Arconia’s West Tower residents.
