ACE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Requirements for ACE Board of Directors Position:

• Must be an Active Member in good standing with a minimum of 5 years of membership to qualify to run for a Director position.
• There will be at least one non-incumbent seat available at the time of the election. If not, one of the members of the Board will volunteer to enter a hiatus status for one (1) year before they are able to run again.

Requirements for ACE Officer Position:

Each board officer position shall be filled by a Director and each officer must have previously served as a duly elected, full-voting Director for a minimum of one term (two years).
