After redeeming your license, you’ll be prompted to sign a security release agreement. Once you have signed your agreement they will begin processing and watermarking your footage for editing. This process CAN take up to 24 hours to complete, you’ll receive an email with your link to download your footage once it is ready.
The footage files are 2.7GB, so please ensure you have enough space or use an external hard drive. Download times will vary based on your internet speed, typically taking around 20 minutes or more. Budget your time accordingly.
